PRIVACY
The short version: we store the account details you give us and the workouts you log — nothing else. No third-party analytics, no ad tracking, no fingerprinting. Your data stays yours, and you can take it with you or wipe it whenever you want.
WHAT WE COLLECT
Your account details — email address and display name — plus the workout data you log: sessions, sets, reps, weights, RIR, personal records, routines, and any custom exercises you create. An avatar URL is optional and only stored if you add one.
WHAT WE DON'T COLLECT
No third-party analytics, no ad tracking, and no device or browser fingerprinting. There are no advertising or tracking scripts anywhere in the app or on this site.
WHERE IT LIVES
Your data is stored in Supabase, hosted in the EU region. The site and app are served through Vercel's edge cache, which holds no personal data — it only speeds up delivery of the pages themselves.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
For as long as your account is active. If you deactivate your account (a soft delete), your data is retained for 30 days so you can restore it, then removed. A permanent delete — or a request to us — erases it immediately.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can export everything as CSV from Settings, correct any record by editing the session in the app, and erase your data at any time — a soft delete is restorable for 30 days, a permanent delete is immediate. The guide walks through account deletion step by step.
