Nothing lands in Shipped until it's live in the app. The Up next column is whatever's genuinely being built right now — never a wish list.

Later is real but not scheduled: good ideas waiting on the right moment. And Not doing is the most useful column of all — the features we've deliberately ruled out so the app stays fast and focused.
